Nokia 5710 XpressAudio measures 138.9 x 57.7 x 16.2 mm and weighs 129g. The device’s body is made of plastic at the back, with a plastic body frame and glass front. The 2.4-inch display of the Nokia handset is made of TFT LCD and a 240 x 320 pixels resolution (~167 ppi density).

The handset operations rely on its Unisoc T107 (22 nm) chipset. Powering the Nokia 5710 is a 1.0 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU running the basic functions on the feature handset. The CPU features Jocuri Gameloft (Snake, Tetris, BlackJack, Arrow Master, Air Strike, NinjaUp); Jocuri Origin Data (Racing Attack – Multiplayer, DOODLE JUMP, CROSSY ROAD, English with Oxford). Nokia installed a S30+​ Operating System to run operations on the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio. As a feature phone, it has limited RAM and ROM. The device has 128MB 48MB RAM. Powering it a 1,450mAh removable battery.
