Realme C65 8GB/256GB comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.72-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels (QHD+) at a pixel density of 510 pixels per inch (ppi). The display features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for protection. C65 comes with 6GB of RAM and is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6769H Helio G88 (12nm) processor. The Realme C65 runs Android 13, Realme UI 4.0, and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Realme C65 supports 45W Super VOOC fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme C65 on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel primary camera; and a 2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor.
